New Altar frontal.

The newly worked green altar frontal is now in place and the Cathedral embroiderers are to be congratulated on a superb result.   Our sale table raised over £60 towards the cost of £750, and it is hoped that there will be further donations towards this cost.

Christmas services.

The church was completely filled for our Carol Service, and the Church looked beautiful - thanks going to the decorating team for doing such a splendid job.   The holly was also the best we have seen for years!

Flower rota.

Pat Barnes is now organizing the flower rota for the year ahead and, as ever, would be glad to hear from volunteers willing to provide an arrangement for one or two weeks (or a donation towards flowers).   Please telephone Pat on 01283 217319 to let her know which weeks would be convenient to you.   Volunteers are needed to cover services to be held from February 19th onwards (apart from the Lent and Advent periods or major festivals).   Newcomers to the rota would be particularly welcome, to spread the job more widely.
